Refund Policy

Because digital products, downloads, courses, and resource materials provide immediate access to proprietary content, purchases are generally final and nonrefundable once access has been granted or a file has been delivered.

Refunds or account credits may be considered when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

• A verified technical problem prevented you from accessing the material and we could not resolve it

• A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law

• A specific offer includes a separate written refund guarantee

Any offer-specific refund terms shown on a sales or checkout page will take precedence over this general policy.

Membership and Subscription Policy

Transformative Empath memberships are billed according to the monthly, annual, or other recurring schedule displayed at checkout.

Memberships automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel future renewal through your account settings or by contacting [email protected] before your next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period. You will generally retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

Access to membership content, community spaces, downloadable benefits, and member pricing ends when the paid membership period expires. Content downloaded while you were a member remains subject to our Personal-Use and Intellectual-Property Policies.

Prices, benefits, and membership features may change in the future. Current members will receive reasonable notice of material changes whenever practical.

Private Coaching and Appointment Policy

Private coaching offered through Transformative Empath is educational and supportive in nature. It is not therapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled after that deadline or missed without notice may be considered used and may not qualify for a refund or replacement session.

If Transformative Empath must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered a new appointment time or another appropriate resolution.

Specific coaching packages may include additional written terms concerning scheduling, communication, expiration dates, and included support.

Privacy Policy Summary
